Job description
They are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our feed mill operations and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end feed mill operations from raw material intake to finished product dispatch.
- Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP+, KEBS, and other regulatory standards.
- Manage production planning, maintenance, inventory, and operational budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in feed mill operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in feed manufacturing, plant operations, quality systems, and operational excellence.
- Experience with large-scale feed production and integrated poultry operations is an advantage.
