## Job Description

Hospitality Jobs, Hemingways Collection Jobs. Responsible for supervising food and beverage operations, coordinating service staff,, managing stock, handling guest concerns, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Requires a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.

### Key Responsibilities

- Supervise dally restaurant and outlet operations.

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle guest feedback professionally.

- Lead, train, coach, and motivate F&B team members

- Monitor service standards, outlet setup, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.

- Control costs, breakages, Inventory, and overtime while meeting budget targets.

- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and outlet opening/closing procedures.

- Maintain health, safety, and bygiene standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.

- HACCP, Train-the-Trainer or related certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Five (5) years F&B experience in 5-star hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment.

- Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams

Skills

- Strong leadership and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of Micros POS systems.

- Basic financial and cost control knowledge.

- Good written & oral communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
