## Job Description

Hands on factory management within a flexible label and packaging manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring production processes run efficiently, whilst meeting quality standards and customer expectation.

Suitable candidates require:
A minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in a similar role - flexo labels and packagingExperience in the print and packaging industry,Working knowledge of ISO and FSSC,Strong leadership and communication skills,Knowledge of printing processes and techniques,Problem-solving and analytical skills.Own transportAble to start ASAP
