## Job Description

Hands-on Factory Floor Supervisor required to take ownership of day-to-day site operations in a busy Label Rewinding environment. Factory based role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys structure, systems, and people management of machine operators.

Key responsibilities
Inventory control: Manage stock levels, stock takes, receiving, and issuing of raw materials and finished goods; maintain accurate records and minimize shrinkage.Administration: Oversee daily production paperwork, and manage general factory administration and documentation.ISO compliance assistance: Assist with the maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality management systemOperations: Supervise production staff, plan daily workloads, and ensure output targets and quality standards are met.Health and safety: Enforce safe working practices and keep safety records up to date.Skills required:
MatricSolid, hands on experience gained in a factory environment, ideally print/packaging/label manufacturing sectorsPrevious experience in:Inventory controlAdministration: Oversee daily production paperwork, and manage general factory administration and documentation.ISO compliance assistanceOperationsHealth and safetyMS Office
Own transport, valid license
