Key Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Food & Beverage Production

- 4 years’ work experience in food production with 1 year in a supervisory role Strong culinary flair and interpersonal skills

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and culinary standards

- Develop and standardise menus and recipes

- Supervise and develop the kitchen team

- Monitor food costs, stock and wastage

- Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
