## Job Description

Evidence Action is recruiting a Program Manager for its Immunization Demand Generation pilot, based on-site in its Abuja country office. The consultancy will coordinate delivery across Nasarawa and Oyo states and supervise two State Coordinators.

The manager will guide digital caregiver reminders, community ambassador activity and targeted support for immunization visits. The role also covers government and partner coordination, programme guidance, monitoring, learning, risk escalation and regular travel to the pilot states.

## Requirements

A bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, development studies or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage. At least five to seven years managing public health or social and behaviour change programmes in Nigeria, with experience supervising teams across locations, working with government health structures and using programme data. Strong management, stakeholder and communication skills; willingness to travel to Nasarawa and Oyo states.
