Job Summary

 
- We are seeking a results-driven Engineering Sales Representative to market and sell engineering products, equipment and technical services. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, develop client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

 
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering and industrial sectors.
 
- Market and sell engineering products, equipment and technical solutions.
 
- Identify potential clients, including contractors, manufacturers, factories and construction companies.
 
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
 
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
 
- Negotiate sales agreements and follow up on customer orders.
 
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
 
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

 
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
 
- At least 2–3 years experience in engineering or technical sales.
 
- Knowledge of engineering products, industrial equipment or technical services.
 
- Strong business development, negotiation and presentation skills.
 
- Ability to identify and develop B2B sales opportunities.
 
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
 
- Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
 
- Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to travel for client visits.
