## Job Description

### Role Profile

 The Electrical Engineer will have responsibility for the preparation of conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs of electrical building services, preparation of tender documentation and construction supervision. The successful candidate will work alongside our multidisciplinary team to ensure quality deliverables are submitted to our clients.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a recognized university.

- Atleast 5 – 8 years of relevant post-graduation experience in electrical building services design, tender documentation, and construction supervision.

- Registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) with the requisite years of logged experience for Professional Engineer registration.

- Demonstrated experience across a diverse range of building types including residential, commercial, institutional and industrial developments as well as infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

- Sound working knowledge of applicable Kenyan and international electrical codes and standards (e.g. IEE/BS 7671 wiring regulations, KEBS/KS and IEC standards, NFPA fire and life-safety codes).

- Proficiency in relevant engineering design software, including AutoCAD for technical drawing production and DIALux or Relux for lighting design and photometric analysis.

- Experience working within a consultancy environment.
