## Job Description

Logistics Jobs, Yellow Pages Jobs. E-Picker / E-Commerce Fulfillment Officer picking and packing online orders and verifying product quality and expiry dates, requiring a KCSE certificate or equivalent and strong attention to detail with the ability to meet productivity targets, in a retail e-commerce environment, on-site role in Watamu.

### Key Responsibilities

- Pick and scan online orders using handheld devices from designated store areas.

- Check and verify expiry dates and product quality at the time of picking.

- Meet the client’s picking accuracy, productivity and quality targets (KPIs).

- Pack orders, re-verify expiry dates and carry out quality control checks before sealing.

- Make sure fresh food items meet the client’s quality standards and customers’ expectations.

- Inspect packaging materials to confirm they meet the client’s packing specifications.

- Follow the client’s store rules, hygiene standards and YP People’s code of conduct while on site.

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to work at a steady pace and meet daily productivity targets.

- Comfortable using handheld devices or willing to be trained.

- Ability to stand, walk and lift for long periods.

- Good understanding of hygiene and food handling practices is an added advantage.

- Honest, punctual and able to follow instructions and work in a team.

- Basic communication skills in English and/or Kiswahili.

- Previous retail, warehouse or order-picking experience is an added advantage.

- Minimum education: [ KCSE or equivalent]
