- On-siteMinimum DiplomaLess than a year of experienceUrgentAPPLY & CHAT ON APPAPPLY & CHAT ON APPApplyBookmarkShareJob RequirementsOn-siteLess than a year of experienceMinimum DiplomaSkillsTeamworkPackingOrder ManagementContent EditingJob BenefitsFlexible Hours This job post is managed byCHChristina HengJob description for E-commerce Operations & Content Creation Intern at Bash PartystoreKey ResponsibilitiesOperations Support [Primary]:Support daily e-commerce operations, including order preparation, fulfilment coordination, and status updates.Assist in quality-checking, assembling, sealing and preparing orders for delivery.Operate sticker or gift tags printing and cutting machine for personalized gift packs.Content Creation [Secondary]:Work on Content ideation research, planning and creation for social media & emailsFilm behind-the-scenes, product and process content using a mobile phone.Edit short videos using CapCut & images using CanvaPrepare captions for postings on social media & copywriting for emailsRequirementsExperience:Prior experience in creating short form content on social media platforms with content filming and editing skills is a bonusPrior experience in fulfilment, logistics, packing, or retail operations is a plus (but not required — training will be provided)Skills & Attributes:Positive, good & open-minded attitudeComfortable & proficient with creating (ideation, filming & editing) short form content for social media using Capcut & CanvaStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.Computer savvy and quick to learn to operate print and cut machines for stickers and gift tags is a bonusReliable, responsible, and punctual.Able to read and write in English.Willing to learn and fast learner.Good time management and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.Enjoys hands-on work in a small, collaborative team.Other Details:Working days: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, occasional overtime or work on weekends depending on demandWork location: Bash Party Store home-based office in Sengkang for near term, but moving to an external commercial workspace in future.Job Type: InternshipContract length: 3-6 monthsBenefits:Flexible schedulePromotion to permanent employeeWork Location: In personAbout the companyBash PartystoreConsumer Goods1
