VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ FIDELIS CONSTRUCTION LIMITEDPOSITION: DRIVERLocation: ZombaABOUT THE ROLEFidelis Construction Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Driver.The Driver will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for staff, documents and company materials. The Driver will ensure that the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy and properly maintained while complying with traffic laws and company policies.REPORTING TO: HEAD DRIVERKEY REQUIREMENTS• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)• Valid Driving Licence with a good driving record, preferably with a valid Class C or C1 licence• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a reputable organization• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Ability to follow oral and written instructions• Good communication and interpersonal skills• High level of responsibility, reliability and professionalismKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensure vehicles are in good working condition, clean and presentable at all times• Drive staff to various locations in support of company activities• Conduct daily checks of oil levels, water levels, tyres and other basic vehicle requirements each morning before undertaking any errands• Monitor and report on the validity of vehicle documents, including insurance and Certificate of Fitness (COF)• Comply with road traffic laws and the company’s transport policies• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical faults• Perform other transport-related duties as assignedHOW TO APPLYInterested candidates who meet the above requirements should submit their application letter, detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and copies of relevant certificates to:Human Resource ManagerFidelis Construction LimitedP.O.
