Position Overview
for Driver Jobs in Lusaka As a Management Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting management staff to meetings, appointments, and official engagements. You will ensure that the assigned vehicle is maintained in optimal condition, performing daily inspections and promptly reporting any maintenance needs. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate vehicle records and upholding company safety policies at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport management personnel to various locations in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle consistently. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or required maintenance immediately. Keep detailed logbooks, including mileage and fuel consumption records. Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Assist with document collection and delivery, as well as other official errands. Ensure confidentiality and security of passengers and company information. Be available to work beyond regular hours when necessary.
Qualifications
and Experience Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent. Valid Driver’s Licence (Class B or higher) with a clean driving record. At least 3 years’ experience as an executive or management driver. Defensive Driving Certificate is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
