## Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 
- Identify and engage potential customers through direct sales activities.
 
- Promote and sell LOLC financial products and services.
 
- Pitch, market and convert prospects into sales.
 
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
 
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
 
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES

 
- Proficient in direct sales engagement. Proficient in financial sales industry. is an added advantage.
 
- Previous experience in the financial industry
 
- Ability to pitch, market and convert prospects into sales.
 
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a team.
 
- Experience in customer service and engagement.
