Sales & Marketing Jobs, HFCB Group Jobs. Direct Sales Representative – Personal Banking acquires new retail clients and promotes banking products, requires a Business Degree and 2+ years sales experience. Full-time role in Nairobi.

About the Role

Growing the Retail Business through aggressive sales and relationship management.

### Key Reponsibilities

- Selling consumer products including NTB, Focus Accounts, loans and deposits mobilization.

- Sales planning and tracking of daily sales activity and reporting to the branch management and sales team Leader.

- Mapping and scoping the business opportunity within the Branch environs and liaising with the Branch Management and Sales Team Leader for sales activations.

- Making presentations to prospects i.e. individual, schemes, business owners.

- Customer interviews and interactions both at the Branch and at their place of work/Business to understand their needs and offer the right products.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking and financial services.

- A Degree in a business-related field from a recognized institution
