The role will complement TNM distribution partners to improve the availability of its products in assigned territories.Main Duties and Responsibilities:TNM Agents rebalancingIdentification, recruitment, and rollout of new TNM Agents and Franchisees in all markets in assigned territoryDaily management of TNM Agents and Franchisees (both new and existing)Resolution of customer complaints and queries in assigned territoryReactivation and training of customers with dormant Mpamba accountsEnhancement of outlet and market visibilityAcademic Qualifications and Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years in sales and distribution, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industryMalawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)Competent and licensed motorcycle riderAttention to detailSelf-motivated and results-oriented approach to workAbility to operate autonomously, demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-makingHigh integrityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding service environmentStrong communication skillsConfidentiality and trustworthinessComputer literate (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)How to Apply:Submit your application and Curriculum Vitae (CV) to:The Human Resources and Administration DirectorTelekom Networks Malawi LimitedLivingstone TowersP.O.
