Digital Printing Machine Operator

Job description

Well-established digital printing company, Clarion Printed Products in Epping, Cape Town, invites applications for an experienced skilled digital print operator to confidently operate large and medium-sized UV, solvent and dye sublimation digital printing machines. Must be able to demonstrate own initiative in decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Must have good communication skills and must be computer literate. Must be willing to work over weekends when necessary. Must be based in Cape Town's surrounding areas. Duties and responsibilities: Set various machines to the correct operating specificationsPerform colour management and profile setting on various substratesEnsure the correct materials, inks and product specifications are being usedPerform general machine maintenanceMonitor product quality and productivity expectationsAssist with the routing of products to the various operationsRequirements: At least 2-5 years of digital printing experienceComputer literacy essentialPerform well under pressureDetail orientatedTeam player with good communication skillsExperience on the following machines will be to your advantage - Genx, Flatbed Handtops, Roll To Roll Handtops and Gunsjet Fabric MachineRequirements: At least 2-5 years of digital printing experienceComputer literacy essentialPerform well under pressureDetail orientatedTeam player with good communication skillsExperience on the following machines will be to your advantage - Genx, Flatbed Handtops, Roll To Roll Handtops and Gunsjet Fabric MachineEmail detailed CV to [[blake@clarion.co.za[[ and [[bernadette@clarion.co.za]] Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
