## Job Description

Communications Jobs. Nyota Njema Real Estate Jobs. Digital Marketing Executive planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with 3+ years experience in digital marketing, in a real estate environment, on-site role.

### Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule marketing materials (photography, videography, graphics) using a structured content calendar.

- Daily posts and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Daily reporting and evaluation of social media performance using Meta and Google analytics.

- Meta ads management, company website profile management, Google ads, and analytics.

- Oversight of NNRE Ltd and Kikwetu Sacco branding and related materials.

- Responding to and tracking customer inquiries from ads campaigns.

- Drive online leads and assist with sales activities.

- Any additional responsibilities as may be assigned by the C.O.O

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.

- Understanding of social media platforms, tools, analytics, and current trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.

- Experience in social media advertising and campaign management, including analyzing performance metrics and adapting strategies.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools is an added advantage.

- Ability to multitask, meets deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
