Digital Marketing Executive driving brand visibility, digital lead generation and campaign execution for the Retail & SME Division across digital and traditional channels, requiring a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing, at least 3 years marketing experience preferably in financial services and proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, in an insurance environment, on-site role. Purpose for the Job - To drive brand visibility, digital leads generation and end to end leads conversion, and campaign execution for the Retail & SME Division promoting Medical Insurance, Motor Insurance, Business Insurance, Travel Insurance, Domestic Insurance, Life Policies, Professional Indemnity, among other solutions across digital and traditional marketing channels. ### Duties and Responsiblities - Strategy & Growth: Executes digital initiatives and supports product launches to drive Retail & SME division targets.  - Lead Generation & Sales Support: Partners with sales teams to drive, nurture, and convert digital leads into revenue.  - Campaign & Event Execution: Manages multi-channel digital campaigns, promotional activations, and customer engagement events.  - Content & Branding: Develops marketing content, promotional collateral, and visibility materials across all media.  - Community Management: Moderates and grows online communities to boost engagement, brand advocacy, and lead capture.  - Stakeholder Coordination: Acts as the main bridge between the division, central marketing, external agencies, and vendors.  - Analytics & Reporting: Monitors campaign performance, market trends, and ROI to deliver actionable reports and dashboards.  - Governance & Compliance: Ensures all marketing activities comply with corporate brand standards and regulatory policies. Key Result Areas - Achieve agreed digital lead generation and business acquisition targets for Retail & SME products.  - Increased visibility, awareness, and market penetration of Retail & SME products and solutions. - Improved campaign effectiveness measured through conversion rates, customer engagement, and return on marketing investment. - Timely delivery and execution of marketing campaigns, activations, events, and promotional initiatives. - Effective support to Business Development teams through quality marketing collateral, campaigns, and lead generation activities. - Accurate and timely reporting on marketing performance, lead generation, and customer engagement metrics. Key Competencies - Skilled in using analytics tools to measure performance and optimize marketing outcomes.  - Track record of coordinating projects, managing tight deadlines, and handling competing priorities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain key relationships.  - Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong commitment to integrity and quality.
