## Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive role at Red Giant Media Agency, managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO strategy. Requires 2–3 years’ hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, solid SEO knowledge, and a data-driven mindset. Full-time, on-site role.

### Key Responsibilities

- Planning, running, and optimizing Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns

- Owning our SEO strategy — on-page, technical, and content

- Optimizing website content and structure for SEO performance (in coordination with IT)

- Tracking performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and reporting on what’s working

- Partnering with our Creative and Client Service teams to bring campaigns to life

### What we’re looking for

- 2–3 years’ hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

- Solid SEO knowledge — you know your way around Analytics and Search Console

- A data-driven mindset — numbers guide your next move

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience

- Agency experience is a strong plus
