## Job Description

Pearl Hospital is seeking an experienced, creative and results-oriented professional to lead its digital marketing and content activities.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the Hospital’s digital marketing and content plans.

- Manage the website, Google Business Profile and social-media platforms.

- Create high-quality written, photographic and video content.

- Plan and manage digital campaigns.

- Coordinate content development with clinicians and departmental teams.

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.

- Manage online engagement while maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field.

- At least two years of relevant experience.

- Strong writing, photography, videography and video-editing skills.

- Practical knowledge of social-media management, SEO, website content, digital advertising and analytics.

- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

- Healthcare or professional-services marketing experience will be an advantage.

- Must be willing to work on-site in Nyahururu.
