Client Overview Osona Yarns is looking for a creative, confident and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Lead to lead our digital content and social media team. Job Summary The ideal candidate should be hands on and able to develop creative content ideas, lead a team,appear confidently on camera, present products and oversee the creation of engaging content that grows our brand and drives sales. ### Key Responsibilities - Develop creative content ideas and oversee the social media content calendar. - Lead and manage the Social Media Manager and digital content team. - Create and present engaging Reels, TikToks, product videos and other social media content. - Identify and leverage relevant social media trends. - Oversee content quality, consistency and timely execution. - Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content. - Work with the sales and marketing teams to create content that drives engagement, enquiries and sales. - Support digital campaigns, product launches, promotions and events. Key  Requirements & Qualifications - Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation. - Strong creative, communication and leadership skills. - Confident and engaging on camera. - Good understanding of social media platforms and trends. - Ability to shoot and create quality video content. - Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva or similar. - Proactive, organised and results-oriented. - Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on.  NB: Kindly note a cv alone will not be considered as Applicants MUST submit both ### 1. We will assess your confidence, communication, creativity, presentation skills, personality and ability to engage an audience.
