## Job Description

Core responsibilities:
Implement and manage the company CRM system.Intergrade CRM with WhatsApp business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.Integrate email and sms marketingMaintain customers database and sales pipelineDigital marketing starategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategiesManage social media marketing and content distributionDevelop customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaignsMinimum requirements:Qualification in digital marketing, marketing management, business management, information technology or a related field.Proven experience in CRM management and digital marketing.Practical experience integrating CRM with WhatsApp business, social media, email and sms platforms.Experience with META Business Suite, Google analytics and Google AdsSkills required:
Hubspot, ZOHO CRM, Pipedrive and similar CRM platformsLead scoring and customer segmentationEmail marketing and automation platformsDashboard development and sales analytics
