Job Purpose Statement
- Digital Lending Manager oversees the end-to-end execution, development, and performance of Retail Digital lending products delivered via Omni-channel platform.
- The purpose of this role is to deliver best in class route to market and commercial sales solutions for all new digital lending products / enhancements.
- The role is responsible for e2e customer journeys from ideation to commercialization: conceiving, designing, developing, and deploying the Go-To-Market plans; route to market selection, channel focus, trade marketing support, collateral design, picture of success toolkits and commercial terms for digital lending products and services in collaboration with all lending stakeholders
- They are responsible for driving user acquisition, ensuring regulatory compliance managing portfolio risk, and enhancing customer experience through automated lending processes
- They partner with the relevant internal stakeholders to understand customer behavior and thus achieve Retention focused cross-selling models, revenue management plans, customer information management tools, loyalty and rewards programs as well as Customer Value Proposition
- The role holder is responsible for funded revenue growth & retention and set portifolio criteria (FID, PAR and NPL) targets.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academia and Professional Certifications
- University degree Upper Second or Equivalent
- Relevant professional qualification in Marketing would be an advantage.
Experience
- 8 years’ work experience in a financial services environment handling Marketing, PR or Business Development responsibilities. Prior experience in the development of Retention programs would be preferred.
