Requires a degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.

Purpose of Position

- We are seeking high-energy, driven, and exceptionally articulate Digital Financial Advisors to join our dynamic HQ team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) digital prospects. Supported by a continuous, dedicated pipeline of digital leads, your core objective will be to engage, advise, and successfully convert these prospects into long-term clients holding premium life insurance and wealth management portfolios.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communicator: Flawless verbal and written communication. Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to an affluent, highly educated demographic.

- Digital Fluency: High proficiency with CRM software, virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom), and modern digital sales workflows.

- Sales & Conversion: Proven ability to close high-value deals. Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of personal finance, investment structures, and life insurance products to provide credible, authoritative advice.

- Drive & Resilience: Self-motivated, torget-driven, and highly resilient. Thrives in a high- performance, incentive-based environment.
