## Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior Consultant will design competency-based learning programmes and convert instructor-led content into digital learning solutions. This role covers e-learning content development, curriculum design, learning assessment, and institutional capacity building.

### Key Responsibilities

- Design competency-based learning programmes for diverse institutional clients.

- Convert     instructor-led     training content into        engaging     digital learning solutions.

- Develop e-learning content, digital curricula, and learning assessment frameworks.

- Support institutional capacity development and training delivery across the region.

- Ensure learning solutions are aligned with organizational goals and learner needs.

### Qualifications and Experiences

- Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, Education, or a related field.

- ATD Certification, Certified Instructional Designer, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Training of Trainers (ToT) certification.

- At least 10 years of experience designing competency-based learning programmes.

- Experience converting instructor-led training into engaging digital learning solutions.

- Demonstrated expertise in e-learning content development, digital curriculum design, and learning assessment.

- Experience supporting institutional capacity development and training delivery.

### Applicants should demonstrate

- Experience delivering complex ICT or digital transformation assignments.

- Strong report writing and presentation skills.

- Experience working with government agencies, financial institutions, higher education institutions, or development partners.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience working in Eastern Africa or similar regional contexts is desirable.
