## Job Description

Qualifications

### For appointment to this grade, a teacher must

- Have served as Senior Teacher I, T-Scale 8 (C3), for a minimum period of two (2) years;

- Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;

- Have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; and

- Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
