Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, a teacher must

• Have served as Senior Teacher I, T-Scale 8 (C3), for a minimum period of two (2) years;
• Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
• Have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; and
• Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
