DEPOT CLERKS – RAB PROCESSORS LIMITEDPosted by Mvungi Job MasterEmployer: Rab Processors LimitedLocation: Lilongwe Branch, MalawiClosing Date: 7 November 2026Application Email: crahm@rabmw.comAbout the PositionRab Processors Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Depot Clerk.The successful candidate will support depot operations by maintaining stock and transaction records, assisting with stock handling, preparing reports and supporting sales documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate depot stock and transaction records.Assist with receiving, issuing and dispatching stock.Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.Prepare daily operational and stock reports.Support sales documentation and order processing.Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures.Qualifications and RequirementsApplicants should have the following:A minimum of a diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or a related field.Knowledge of sales, marketing, warehousing and accounting will be an added advantage.Good organisational, communication and numerical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.Willingness to work in remote areas across Malawi, particularly in the Central Region.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit an application letter, an updated CV and copies of relevant certificates.Address the application to:The Assistant Human Resources ManagerRab Processors LimitedP.O.
