Kalulu Delivery is looking for young, reliable, energetic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-Time Delivery Riders. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to earn an extra income through flexible delivery work while being part of a professional and active team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver food, parcels and customer orders safely and on time.
- Handle customer orders responsibly and ensure they reach the correct customer.
- Follow delivery instructions and company procedures at all times.
- Promote Kalulu Delivery’s services.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the Kalulu Delivery team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to ride a bicycle or motorbike.
- Good knowledge of Mufulira and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and take initiative responsibly.
- Honest, reliable and presentable.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Valid licence (for motorbike riders).
NOTE
Bicycle Riders: May use their own bicycle or bicycles provided by Kalulu Delivery.
Motorbike Riders: Must provide their own motorbike, a valid riding licence and the necessary documentation that may be required.
This is a commission-based position.
