## Job Description

STADIO (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of: Debtors Clerk
Assumption date 01 November 2026
Fixed term - 01 November 2026 to 31 January 2026

Key roles and responsibilities:
Communication with customers (students, corporate clients, account payers) and other stakeholders within the organizationCapturing and verification of accounts receivablePreparation and processing of invoices and student statementsReconciliation of accounts receivable ledgerDebt collection from overdue customers (students, third party institutions, account payers) including directly contactingcustomers with outstanding accounts and maintenance of all correspondence.Report to the financial accountant.Provide any other financial support to the financial accountant to meet the requirements of the campus.Generate relevant reports on accounts receivable and overdue accounts for review by management.Minimum requirement:
3-4 years working experience as a debtor’s clerk, inclusive of debt collectionSolid understanding of basic accounting principlesHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailExperience in operating spreadsheets and use of accounting softwareQualification:
Matric, studying towards financial qualificationKey attributes
Ability to work well under pressure and within a teamAbility to communicate effectivelyExcellent time management skillsAbility to cope with change.
