## Job Description

Debt Collector contacting clients with overdue accounts and negotiating repayment plans while maintaining accurate collection records, requiring a diploma in a Business-related course, proven customer service experience and strong negotiation skills, in a freight and logistics environment, on-site role.

### Roles & Responsibilities

Contacting clients with overdue accounts via calls, emails, and field visits.
Negotiating repayment plans and following up to ensure timely payment.
Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and client communications.
Reconciling customer accounts and resolving billing queries.
Preparing daily/weekly collection reports for management.
Ensuring compliance with company credit policy and debt collection procedures.
Building and maintaining good customer relationships while recovering debts.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma in any Business-related course (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, etc.)

- CPA Intermediate Level (Part II) is an added advantage

- Proven experience in customer service

- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
