OVERVIEWMontessori College of Education is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Dean of Faculty.The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to the Faculty, oversee academic programmes, ensure compliance with National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) standards, and promote excellence in teaching, research, curriculum development, and community engagement.The Dean will also be responsible for academic staff supervision, resource management, quality assurance, and strengthening partnerships with relevant stakeholders and professional bodies.JOB TYPE: Full TimeApplication Deadline: Wednesday, 21st October, 2026POSITION: DEAN OF FACULTYDUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Dean of Faculty will be responsible for the following:Providing strategic leadership and direction to the Faculty.Overseeing academic programmes and ensuring compliance with NCHE standards.Leading curriculum reviews and programme development.Coordinating teaching, research, and community engagement activities.Mentoring and supervising academic staff.Promoting research, innovation, and scholarly publications.Managing Faculty budgets and resources.Preparing Faculty reports and strategic plans.Fostering partnerships with stakeholders and professional bodies.
