### Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and retain dealers for DSTV and GOTV pipeline

- Develop strong distribution networks

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

- Uphold high execution standards

- Manage buffer days & stocking levels

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 1-2 years’ Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG, Telco, or Electronics.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in the field.
