Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Location: Makeni Bonaventure, Lusaka, Zambia Closing Date: 22 October 2026

### Responsibilities

To provide efficient, quality customer retention and service.

- 

Data Entry: Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, or ERP/CRM systems.

- 

Verification: Review and validate entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

- 

Record Maintenance: Organise and maintain both digital and physical files.

- 

Reconciliation: Match invoices, purchase orders, or shipment logs to ensure data integrity.

- 

Reporting: Generate routine reports highlighting missing records, exceptions, or throughput metrics.

- 

Confidentiality: Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.

### Education and Experience

- 

Grade 12 school certificate.

- 

Computer certificate or a diploma in computer studies.

- 

Diploma in Purchasing and Supply is an added advantage.

- 

1–2 years of experience in data management.

- 

Basic knowledge of data analysis.

- 

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- 

Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

- 

Candidates should be medically fit.

### Skills, Abilities and Requirements

- 

Basic maths skills.

- 

Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Excel.

- 

Honesty and trustworthiness.

- 

Age requirement: Usually 18+ in Zambia.

### Additional Requirements

Physical Examination Required: Medical Report and Police Clearance.
