Customer Success Engineer (CSE)

Job description

Requirements

1. Recently completed BSc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Computing or related fields.
   
2. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly
   
3. Strong interpersonal and client management skills
   
4. Relevant Certifications or experience in similar roles for 1-2 years is an added advantage
   
5. Very agile with ability to work with poor-resourced environments.
   

Responsibilities

1. Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers
   
2. Configure and customize the Streamline platform based on client needs
   
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
   
4. Train users and administrators on system usage
   
5. Monitor system usage and proactively identify adoption gaps
   
6. Collaborate with Account Managers to support renewals and expansions
   
7. Work with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and suggest improvements
   
8. Maintain documentation, FAQs, and technical guides for clients
   

Requirements
