## Job Description

### Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer issues in a timely manner and in line with the organization’s policies.

- Manage a large number of calls and emails.

- Use all forms of communication to build, maintain, and manage the hospital’s reputation.

- Communicate key messages clearly to clients to ensure comfort and maintain goodwill.

- Monitor publicity, conduct research on client concerns and expectations, and report findings to management.

- Liaise with colleagues and key spokespeople while serving as a link between customers and departments.

- Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints by analyzing situations and using resources effectively.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Public Relations/ Customer Service from a recognized institution.

- Multi-task oriented.

- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in a hospital set-up will be an added advantage.

- 2 years’ experience in the same field.

- Interpersonal skills.

- Professionalism and integrity.
