VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@GIRAFFE POWA LIMITEDPOSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE OFFICERClose of Business: 17.08.26DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.Provide information about products and services.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned. KEY COMPETENCIESMinimum of a secondary school certificate; a diploma or certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.Previous experience in customer service is preferred.Must have an accounting experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
