Job description

Responsibilities

Customer Project Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
  • Ensure delivery of projects within agreed scope, timelines, cost, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful deployment of customer solutions.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project delivery.
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain regular communication on project progress.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and trust  

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
  • Ensure project activities are executed according to plan.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate across internal teams including engineering, operations, sales, and support.
  • Facilitate collaboration between customer teams and internal technical specialists.
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and issues affecting project delivery
  • Implement mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  • Manage project changes and scope adjustments in coordination with stakeholders..

Vendor and Resource Management

  • Manage third-party vendors and technology partners involved in project delivery.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.

Project Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor project performance against defined KPIs and milestones.
  • Provide regular progress updates to customers and internal management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and closure of projects

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
  • PMP certified is mandatory

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in ICT, telecom, or technology product management
  • Experience in enterprise solutions
  • Exposure to telecommunications or digital services industry preferred
  • Broad technical knowledge of managed data networks and associated services like Cloud, Security, Unified
  • Communication
  • Strong communications skills, particularly related to articulating project strategy, risks and mitigation to both internal and customer management and decision makers.
