- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.

- Availability to start immediately.

### Key Responsibilities

- Responding to customer inquiries through the company’s communication channels.

- Providing accurate information about products, services and customer orders.

- Handling customer complaints professionally and providing timely solutions.

- Following up on unresolved customer concerns.

- Maintaining clear and accurate records of customer interactions.

- Escalating complex customer issues to the relevant department.

- Building positive relationships with customers through professional service.

- Supporting the company in improving the overall customer experience.
