Customer Champion attending to customers, dispensing fuel and processing payments at a service station, requiring a minimum KCSE qualification, good communication and customer service skills and basic numeracy, in a fuel retail environment, on-site role. We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and energetic Customer Champion to join our service station team. ### Key Responsibilities - Attend to customers promptly and courteously. - Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customers’ vehicles. - Receive and process cash, card, and other approved payments accurately. - Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of sales and fuel transactions. - Check and report fuel levels and any pump or equipment issues. - Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures. - Assist customers with basic service station needs and provide excellent customer service. - Report any discrepancies, shortages, incidents, or unusual activities to the supervisor. - Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements - Minimum KCSE qualification. - Previous experience as a Pump Attendant, Petrol Station Attendant, Cashier, or in a customer service role will be an added advantage. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash accurately. - Honest, responsible, and attentive to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Ability to work well as part of a team.
