## Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Public Relations, Hospitality or Sales

- 3+ years in customer service, preferably at an automotive workshop or dealership service center

- Working knowledge of vehicle servicing terms and job-card processes

- Proficient in customer coordination between service floor and client

- Strong complaint handling and follow-up skills

- Comfortable with basic software/ DMS tools

- Good communication in Kiswahili and English
