The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing shipment updates, coordinating with operations teams, and maintaining accurate customer and invoicing records.JOB TYPE: Full-TimeApplication Deadline: 23 October 2026POSITION: CUSTOMER CARE CLERKKEY REQUIREMENTSAcademic, Professional Qualifications and Experience:The applicant should possess the following:Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE), with good passes in English and Mathematics.A qualification in Business Administration or Accounting is desirable.Previous customer service experience will be an advantage.Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting is an added advantage.Personal Specification:Good communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Computer skills.Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up on issues in a timely manner.DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle customer enquiries and complaints.Provide shipment, customs clearance, and delivery updates.Liaise with operations teams to resolve customer issues.Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate records.Follow up on customer queries and provide timely feedback.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates should submit the following documents:An updated CV.An application letter.Copies of relevant certificates.Applications should be sent to: combine@combinecargo.mw.Closing Date: 23 October 2026
