About the Role

Cerba Lancet Kenya is seeking a Credit Controller to join its team in Nairobi, Mombasa Road. The successful candidate will manage credit and collections processes, ensure compliance with credit policies, and meet customer credit needs through effective credit management, financial analysis, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications 

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field.

- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.

- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.

- Demonstrated proficiency in debt management.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
