## Job Description

We're looking for an strategic creative thinker who can take a client brief and turn it into an idea that makes people stop, engage and talk about a brand.

This role is all about ideas. You'll work closely with our client service and project teams to develop concepts for activations, events, promotions and brand experiences that are bold, work in the real world, and deliver for our clients. 

What you'll be doing:
Turn client briefs into original, insight-led campaign ideas that connect people with brandsLead the creative development of pitches, bringing ideas to life through compelling presentations and storytellingDevelop creative concepts for activations, events, promotions and integrated brand brand experiencesBring fresh thinking to every brief by identifying consumer trends, cultural moments and new ways for brands to engage their audiencesWhat we're looking for
Min. 5 years experience in an experiential, advertising or creative agencyA proven ability to develop original campaign concepts from brief to pitchA portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and creative storytellingConfidence presenting ideas to clients and leading creative pitch discussionsA strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brands and experiential marketing
