What are we looking for? We are looking for a hands-on Creative Production Designer who enjoys combining creativity with production. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable designing artwork and working with production equipment to bring creative concepts to life. You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-oriented, enjoy learning new skills and are excited to work across both creative and technical disciplines in a fast-paced environment. What will you do? Create artwork and production-ready designs using CorelDRAW and Photoshop Prepare and manage print-ready files for in-house productionOperate large-format fabric printing equipment (training provided if required)Operate laser cutting equipment (training provided)Operate 3D printing equipment (training provided)Assist with the production and finishing of branded materialsEnsure all work meets the brand's high standards of quality and accuracySupport the creative team with design and production requirementsAssist with basic photography and content creation when requiredMaintain production equipment and keep the workspace organisedHandle and move print materials and equipment as part of the production processWhat do you need? Experience in graphic design for a luxury brand Proficiency in CorelDRAW and PhotoshopExperience with additional Adobe Creative Suite or other design software would be advantageousA keen eye for detail and strong design fundamentalsWillingness to learn new production technologies, including large-format printing, laser cutting and 3D printingBasic photography or content creation skills would be advantageousA practical, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesComfortable performing occasional physical tasks, including lifting and moving large rolls of fabric and production materialsA positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative creative team
