QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in development studies, Project Management, Community Development Studies, or related Social Science Discipline.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (issued within the last 6 months).
A minimum of 3 years of working experience preferably in an NGO setting.
Good experience and knowledge of Child & Youth Safeguarding guidelines
Proven ability to conceptualize, innovate and manage programs.
Proven ability to cultivate long-term mutually beneficial partnerships with local communities, key state departments, CSOs, and corporate organizations.
Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and multi-task.
Enthusiastic and connects well with people of all backgrounds, and able to inspire and motivate
Experience with Budget and Financial Reporting
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and representation skills.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in working with various databases as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good organizational, analytical, and programmatic reporting skills.
Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and execution skills and the ability to take accountability for results and achievement of objectives.
Enthusiastic, decisive, pragmatic, and dynamic hands-on individual with a sense ofurgency, attention to detail, thoroughness.
Note: For Bungoma, Turkana and Kilifi Counties: Females and local dialect is an added advantage
