Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to spare-parts inquiries.
• Identify and recommend the correct automotive spare parts based on customers’ needs.
• Promote and sell automotive spare parts to achieve sales targets.
• Provide accurate product information, including part names, codes, and vehicle compatibility.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the store and procurement teams to confirm product availability.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Automotive spare-parts knowledge or experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify spare parts and understand vehicle compatibility is an advantage.
• Target-driven, proactive, and attentive to detail.
