The hospital is looking for suitably qualified person to fill the vacant post of Copy Typist. Requirements/Attributes At least Diploma in Secretarial Studies (TEVETA), Business Studies from highly accredited institution, Higher Diploma (City and Guilds) or 50wpm Advanced Typing and 100 wpm shorthand speed Malawi School Certificate of Education Two year’s work experience in a busy office Good command of English Proficiency in computer application Not more than 35 years.
Duties and Responsibilities
Typing Official correspondences Booking and managing appointments Making travel arrangements for bosses and other Senior Officers Taking minutes during meetings Making bookings in readiness of Board’s meeting Carrying out secretarial duties from all departments Filling documents in liaison with the messenger And any other relevant duties as maybe assigned from time to time by the department Mode of Application Those suitably qualified should submit their application letters, CV, Copies of Certificates and 2 (two) traceable referees to: Human Resource Management Officer Montfort Hospital P.O BOX 68 Nchalo.
