## Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients using various culinary techniques (sautéing, broiling, baking, etc.)

- Check ingredient freshness and ensure meals meet standards for taste and visual presentation

- Maintain a spotless workspace, sterilize utensils, and strictly adhere to health and safety codes

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, store excess food properly, and assist with ordering supplies

- Work alongside other kitchen staff and helpers to coordinate food service delivery

- Adhere to all food safety sanitation guidelines

Requirements

- At least 2 years of work experience

- Minimum education: High school diploma

- Excellent culinary skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
