Enabling the economic mobility and freedom of all Zambians. - Position Summary The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the loan processing, documentation, project monitoring, disbursement follow-up, and collections for Contract Finance projects financed by Panda Africa Solutions Limited. The role requires individuals with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to monitor projects effectively while ensuring timely repayments. - Available Positions ### We are recruiting for the following two positions - Loan Officer – Government-Funded Projects: Responsible for managing and monitoring Contract Finance projects funded through government contracts. - Loan Officer – Privately Funded Projects: Responsible for managing and monitoring Contract Finance projects funded through private-sector contracts. - Important Application Instructions Applicants may apply for only ONE of the two positions. Please clearly indicate in your application whether you are applying for the Government-Funded Projects position or the Privately Funded Projects position. Submitting an application for both positions will result in automatic disqualification. - Ideal Candidate Profile: Loan Officer – Contract Finance Education and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. - Additional training or certification in credit management, lending, or risk management will be an added advantage. Relevant Experience - Experience in loan processing, credit assessment, loan administration, collections, or project monitoring. - Experience in contract financing, government-funded projects, or private-sector contracts will be an added advantage. - Familiarity with loan documentation, disbursement procedures, repayment schedules, and credit risk management. Key Skills and Competencies - Strong analytical, numerical, and financial assessment skills. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Ability to monitor projects, follow up on disbursements, and ensure timely loan repayments. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and report potential credit risks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
